I can not possibly miss WSIKF. Like usual, I will be there with my Grandma and Grandpa staying in their RV at the Thousand Trails camp site.

If I am not mistaken, we have out reservations at Thousand Trails set from Sunday to Monday. :D

For some of you who have been there before--

So, I'm a beginner Rev flier. The inverted hover is coming along well but clearly not in the league to perform at a Rev Festival. The Long Beach Rev Clinic helped a lot with my flying & I get out to the beach every few days when the winds are right.

I have the WSIKF on my calendar but haven't made reservations yet at an RV park. Jan & I are retired so it would be easy to spend a week in Long Beach.

But, my question is why? What would I be doing for a whole week? If I don't fly with a routine to music to wow the crowd then what do I do? I've been to many Kite Festivals over the last 5 years to watch & be wowed by Al Washington, Lam Houck, Iquad, Mousio & others. But after a couple of days that's enough.

How about some insight into what keeps fliers going for a whole week in Long Beach.
Have fun, Ray.

Hang out and fly Revs with all the good Rev folks that will be there the whole week.

We had 12 flying on Tuesday last year, really great turnout.

Think of it like a week long clinic, sort of, where you can grill the best fliers on techniques. ;)

All you east coast Revvers, if there's a west coast event to make, it's this one...

Going to be one heck of a show, probably over 30 Rev fliers. ;)
