We don't post links to such items here, no sense in giving the product more of a profile on the web.
I'll forward it on to Ben for you, with credits.

No worries.
Actually, I spotted this earlier, and called Ben. There are plenty of counterfits or look alikes; this one has the cajones to claim "revolution" in their listing.

Hey Big Bri. That was my instinct too, but I didn't want to screw a possibly legit sale. And, since I'm not the "injured party", I thought it most appropriate to contact Ben at Rev and I would follow thru or let him take it from there. As it turns out, its a fairly regular occurrence. Quote "oh, its xxxxx again".We should all bombard ebay with the info about fakes when we see them.

Remember Bri if they do not use revs trademarks it is not clear they are acting illegally. Of course if they were touting them here that would be taking the &£ss, but it is more difficult on a 3rd party site. If they were using the trademark to pass off the product as a rev then they are clearly on the wrong side of the fence. But if they we using the term generically (like the term Hoover) the legal world once again becomes grey. I honestly think it best that the trademark, and possibly patent(s) owner deals with it direct. eBay do listen to IP owners and with the best will in the world they cannot check every listing.
Cant be doin with plays on words or how to hide, ivade and cheet laws by useing a play on words/wording of the law .
Ive never had cause to study the Law on how it stands on fake goods.
If i spotted a fake anything anywher let alone on E Bay i would report it..E Bay[or whoever] can then investigate it.They can judge its fate, but first it has tobe reported. If the goods are proper. They have no worries. If the goods are Fake,,,,,Jobs A Goodn,,,,.
Im all for letting Ben,Rev or whoever get on with it.Then again, thers no harm in any individual reporting what maybe a Fake.
Takes goodmen to do nothing
