So, before I make my decision I would like to know where you'll all be and why that is the place to be? (the rest of the world can join in if you like but please don't rub blue sky and sunshine in my face too much!)

As soon as we get this Christmas thing out of the way we can get on with the important issues in life...... where to fly kites on New Years day.
So, before I make my decision I would like to know where you'll all be and why that is the place to be? (the rest of the world can join in if you like but please don't rub blue sky and sunshine in my face too much!)

May I suggest
Exmouth
where New Years Day
looks like this
I'll bring the champagne and bacon sandwiches
That dawn shot indicated no wind, as in no ripples!
We need to know....

We have a fancy dress party you see, and I often seem to end up having one too many and not donning my slumber wear before retiring. I may just about make it to somewhere or other for a stirrup cup about lunch time.

2mph, luxury! We had no wind. In fact it was worse than that, it was blowing vertically downwards. We had to land just before we had taken off.......
Dunstable, Blackheath, Exmouth ... decisions, decisions.... Sounds like Stokes bay is about in the middle for everyone!

Anyone tried calling a group fly via telephone conference call?
FWIW: my vote goes to Dunstable - I get hopelessly confused heading to the big smoke and mileage is a concern as the carbon footprint must be an extra-wide fitting already....

And as for the Carbon foot print, just buy some new Race rods for Xmas !!! That way all that carbon is nicely sealed in and can't escape into the atmosphere

Would do, but to be honest, I thought more than two sets in one kitebag would be just plain greedy. And as for the Carbon foot print, just buy some new Race rods for Xmas !!!
