Does your browser clear cookies after session ??? that would do it.

Oh sorry, I think he might have updated his sig now, so the above might not be as funny as I thought.
Web sites leave cookies on your PC so that when you go back to them they "know" about you. It might be that if you have your system set up to "purge" cookies then the Forum will not "know" about you next time you visit. Thus needing you to log on each time.
At least that is how I understand it.
See I can be serious sometimes, not often though. Lifes too short to be serious.

Click on "Tools", "Optionns"and see if any of it makes sense.I dont think so. Describe "cookies"
