Just a thought on a special event coming up this April, the Antigua Kite Festival.

Wouldn't it be great to get as many REV fliers as possible to attend? Last several years the weather has been excellent throughout the event. The host hotel (HBK villas) is an excellent location with a long white sandy beach (Jolly Beach). Perfect for REV flying in, and over, the warm Caribbean waters. :blue-confused:

Check out the details at the tropikiters web site below.

Folks, this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip to a paradise location. When you arrive your are greeted at the airport by Antigua officials, whisked thru customs, event staff greet you as you leave baggage claim, driven to "check in" at the villa, pickup and rides to "all organized events", pickup on your last day and driven to the airport, etc. Part of the registration fee even includes a catamaran cruise & snorkeling (at a ship wreck)

Maybe we will see more REV fliers in Antigua, nice thought! I can hope!

Damn!!! Missed the registration deadline...

I think the site needs updating as some of it refers (like the registration deadline) to 2006!!!
No problems getting it up - It's using it properly that's the problem!

Our team would certainly be interested. Would love to know the dates and what deal is being offered to participants (if any to encourage them there). Send me a PM if you are interested.

Thanks,

Mark

I'm hoping to make it down in the next few years if this darn economy would straighten out.

Barbara and I can't afford this year's Antigua,
since we're off again to Tobago again (December 28th festival on the most southern island of the Carribean)

but we surely want to join the Santos gang in 2010!

We'd love to have you and Barbara in Antigua in 2010! What a party with Jim and gang! Antigua will never be the same!

Enjoy Tobago!

My bride, the sponsor and I have had many discussions about how she can improve (dare I say COPY the Antigua event?!?) the Tobago festivities. More events, including indoor, ground transportation, site-seeing, free time since it's a vacation, but it will never be the same as hanging-out with your gang!

What a hoot we'll have in 2010,
count us in fur sure!

Paul, we'll add you right in between these three REVS. I know you'll fit right in!
