hey everyone,
i got back from a good friends cabin and i pulled out my new 20th annversery for a quick flight; but to my surprise it was sent to a wind of change without being signed  ...im not sure how it happened but i know mistakes are unavoidable and one will turn up eventually so i understood. i called the shop and told them the problem and the person i spoke to was apologetic and told me to ship it back to them and they would send me a new one signed and everything. i was very impressed by their level of professionalism and attention to making any problems that arise, right. i look forward to working with said shop any time in the future when i look to acquire any kite related merchendise.

If you get good service Dan, let us all know.

Tell us which shop it is.

It is always good to know about good stuff. I am sure there must be folks in your area that could benefit from this info.

so far the service has been fantastic and i will gladly work with a wind of change any day of the week. around me there are no kite shops except a few hours drive to mystic, CT so all my kites i order online and awind of change is one of the best ive used so far

Dan,

Thanks for the kind words. I have a "signed" anniversary already boxed up and waiting here to get out to you. Not sure how the unsigned one ended up here but we'll get it taken care of for you no problem. I did run through the rest of our Anniversary's here and they are all signed and good, you just got lucky (er, unlucky?) and got one that slipped through Revolution.

Yep none of the ones I have seen have been signed, unless it was mass signed at festivals this summer of course. Who is supposed to sign them?
