suggest you contact Flying Colours in Tokyo and see if they can help. I am afraid I don't think there is a China retailer. You will still have all the importing problems which I am sure you know as well as me.

Alternatively do you have a friend/business colleague traveling from the US or Europe who could bring one?

There is a good retailer in Taiwan, I can't remember the name of the shop right now but Wen or Bell will know. I will look for the name when I get home.
