As you know I went to North Carolina at Atlantic Beach to be with Don Dixon and the family there we had a great time even if the winds were STRONG. The bad news is that on the way to thr airpoirt I was rear ended when I was at a complete stop. So you all know I will be okay I am banged up and have lots of back pain but I am on my way home where I will spend some R&R and get on my feet again the important thing is that no kites were hurt in the accident just me. Anyway like I said I will be okay soon and I will be back out there soon....Ben 8)

Hey Ben,

Sorry to hear the problem.  Not all we NC drivers are that bad.  Hope you won't hold it against us all.

Was good to meet and fly with you.

Ben:
Sorry to hear about the accident.  It was great flying with you again, even in the Strong winds.  Just proves once again that vented Revs rule.
Hope you feel better soon,
Doug

Hey Ben,

Don and Jeri told me about the accident... sorry to hear about that. It was great flying with you and having you put me through my paces... you've got me really pumped up. I've got a new vented 1.5 on the way, 120ft lines, and new songs in the mp3 player.

Take care my friend and hope to fly with you again soon!
Jeff

I just wanted to thank all of you for all the outpouring of concern for my health, and to let each and every one of you to know that I will fly again and I will even be better. As of this writting the doctors are working on getting me in shape without going into my back which is whay I want. For you that know me on a personal level that me and being laid up just does not work I need the feel of the wind on my back and those handles in my hands. Once again thank you all and never fear this is just a tiny set back in me and what I do FLY WITH MY FRIENDS. 8) Ben
