someone has 60# 100' lines and wants fly on them. But everytime we discuss it I don't wanna tell him to go for it cause the wind comes up as soon as I even think it.
He has a 1.5 with the 2 wrap professional use only rods. If the wind is between 3 and 8 mph are there a danger to overly stretching or breaking the 60#'ers?

If the kite flying is the 1.5 with 2 wrap rods, then I don't think the lines will snap, but if the wind gusts at all over the 8mph, then there is a good chance that the lines will break.
