considering the size of that beach, I'm wondering if there's even going to be enough room for all of us to fly :P Hopefully I'm just not remembering things that well from last year and the beach is bigger than I think. See you all Saturday

I'm getting in Sunday from Vegas on the 7:30am Redeye, and I'm crazy enough to head down so count me in...

Yes, Kitt's Kites is supposed to be there with a full line of kites, although I have not seen what they bring to festivals personally.

Weather report looked dismal this morning so I bagged (50-70% chance of T-storms).  I plan to come out tomorrow morning.

Well, I guess it wasn't meant to be...things have changed here and I can no longer make it.  I am really bummed.  My best to everyone, it looks like perfect weather and great wind.  Blue skies.

Sorry you didn't make it. Turned out to be a great day 'til about 2:00pm... and a quick t-storm blew through...everyone ordered off the beach until the storm cleared the area.
Tomorrow should be perfect :kid_devlish: ... catch you at the next event...

It was truly a great day. The winds might have been sloppy, choppy....perhaps, at times crappy, but damn, we were all happy!

It was a huge learning experience flying in those winds, but way, way coooool. Thank you to everyone for their help and a special thanks to Scott and Bazzer... your tips are already paying off to improve my skills.

I met some really super people/flyers.... Lisa, you rock...you're inspiring, short and sweet; Marko... just a nice guy... and into photography, too.... kewl... The Kitt family, what a warm couple with such a sweet baby girl.

The Rev Games rocked. Too bad experience doesn't help in blind flying. :kid_devlish:

Beatrice, well done.

Pictures to follow in a day or so... I need a long hot shower and then some zzzzzzzzzzzzzz's

Too bad I wasn't there on Sunday for the Rev games with my Rev flags to start the competitions. It was fun on Saturday and I'm looking forward to getting together again with everybody. THanks for posting pictures, and future pictures to come :)
