In the old days the first Sunday of the month was when the Blackheath Kitefliers congregated.

We flew single line kites and some of us concentrated on fighter kites.

I would like to propose a 'weekly' meet of Rev fliers. 11:00 would be good for me...

I cannot promise to 'always be there' but would like to know if there is interest.

Thanks

Felix

Felix,

I would certainly be up for a regular meeting on - first sundays in each month and time good with me!

I'm based in Tun Wells and it sure seems to be lonely as a rev flyer down here in deepest kent!

Mark,

Thanks for the response.

For the time being I am suggesting 'every' Sunday. I will be there anyway subject to the usual stuff!

I cannot offer any 'material' help at this stage but if there is sufficient response who knows what may be possible! <grins>

An excellent idea.

Two groups out this way, in Richmond and Victoria are similar, they are out every weekend and get better every time they go out. :sign_kitelife:

I'd join you all but, its a bit of a hike from here..

Yes it's of interest but no it's not very practicable for me from south Devon. When I'm in London though I'll join you.

It's an excellent idea and the best way for those so inclined to get that boost in confidence and ability.

Felix,

Missed the bit about every Sunday - Sounds even better. Not sure that I would be able to make all due to family committments (eg Daughters Birthdays this Sunday), but certainly would attend 3 out of 4.

There must be other Rev flyers in Kent / SE London!

Mark.

Mark,

I could not claim to do all of them!

We will see if anyone turns up.
