I found the suggestion for tying lines on to the kite with the 'leading edge up' somewhat alarming...
I thought that the convention for setting up the kites 'leading edge down' was fully established way before 1996!

You can read??? is there no end to your talents!
As a relative newcomer to kites I find this sort of thing is a pretty good reflection on the Rev design seeing how little has changed since this was published ... who needs a better mouse trap

I seem to remember a couple of people who absolutely insisted on setting up with leading edge up in the mega flies in Portsmouth and Bristol despite repeated suggestions otherwise, and it did cause some problems both times.
Bottom line, if the kite is upright, it has a good chance of launching by itself and wreaking havoc.
