There is kiteworld, Kiteshop, highwaymen, Kiteworks, Airborn kites, Kites up, .... Not all of these stock B series. AFAIK only kiteworld stock them, but I understand kiteshop can get them in quickly.

You can order from the US and Canada, but I understand that there is a good chance that Darling will hold your delivery until you have given him the duty and VAT. This would add roughly 20% onto the cost if you include the admin fee, which when combined with the additional freight makes the deal pretty marginal. People on the Board have ordered from North America, and you should be aware that the wait is quite long.

Highwaymen are prob. closest to you.

(And Airbossworld kites, Notts. (but specialise in power)...)

don't forget to check kite festivals for stalls... although they don't carry a lot of stock.
Best to phone before so they can bring it for you.

No harm in calling, emailing first... infact it is wise to do so if you are after something specific.

It's coming up to the end of the month, so shops are likely to place their orders this week with USA..
so get in there fast if you want something special.

Don't settle for 2nd choice, get what you desire.
It might take a little wait, but best to end up happy.

Good luck.

P.S. From experience: We got a surprise to receive our Teal standard B's which are not listed on any website in UK.
All we did was send an email not thinking that new colour was possible to receive outside USA.
