The Flying Squad have been flying the Black, White and Blues for a few years now and so in the winter we decided to treat ourselves and get some new skins.

Having seen the great kites that Bazzer is making these days we decided to enlist his help in coming up with a design. (us Brits have to stick together you know). - Well he did and and he has exceeded all our expectations. The new kites arrived with me today and I have spent the last hour looking at them all. There are no photo's yet but to wet your appetite I have attached an artists impression for you.

The new kites first outing will be the Exmouth Kite Festival so come along and see what they look like in the flesh.

Finally, a massive thank you to Bazzer and to Lolly (and all the guys at Rev) for making this happen. These kites are spectacular and they look just as good close up as from a distance. :blue-cool: :clap;

I'm an IT man so i know how to click the image properly (rev site has been flaky for the last few days so maybe its time to alert someone?)

Stephen...... how do you allocate kites or is it first come?? Not having ever seen any team flying do you have an official kit man/Roadie who looks after everything??

(See Bri ... I am trying to stay on topic)

Sorry about the dodgy link, I don't really know how that happens. It is a big file though so maybe that's the problem. Here is a smaller version.

We have a core available to the team and some of us have particular preference so we have our own. Basically I carry everything and the rest just free load :kid_devlish:

Still, they tell me it's the only way I can get anyone to fly with me.

As for not having seen any team flying......isn't that illegal? You'd better head down to Exmouth or up to Sunderland for the festivals and we can set that to rights.

Furthermore, isn't it illegal that so far there aren't any piccies of The Flying Squad from last weekend at either Rougham or Portugal ?! :lol:
