When I search for "iquad" on Google, the team iQuad site is the first to come up, but Google put's this little line under the link:

This site may harm your computer.

And if you click the link, it takes you to a page with all sorts of bad juju:

Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!

You can learn more about harmful web content and how to protect your computer at StopBadware.org.

Suggestions:
Return to the previous page and pick another result.
Try another search to find what you're looking for.
Or you can continue to http://www.teamiquad.com/main.htm at your own risk.

If you are the owner of this web site, you can request a review of your site using Google's Webmasters Tools.
Advisory provided by Google

What gives? I mean, I know quads are supposedly the "Dark Side" of kiting, but?

I could not believe it, so I looked myself.

Dan is quite right.

Hope this can be sorted out.

iQuad is bad for your wallet and looking at Bazzer's kites will cause drooling that may harm your keyboard.

Oh, totally agree - there are no problems with the site. Somehow Google's algorithms have determined that the site is a phishing site or otherwise evil. I guess John or whomever manages that site will need to follow the link on that page and correct the situation.

Interesting... I don't see that as I run Firefox. Wonder if they've been hacked?

I'll get this looked into asap. Unfortunately, I don't have access to look this every second but I've alerted John to it. Thanks!

I remember a thread awhile back consisting of a slogan.

iQuad the kite team your mother warned you about.

Now its the kite team your computer warned you about as well :kid_smartass:

Its a bad boy image ploy, I'm on to it now.

Any news on this? They just posted a similar thread over in the GWTW forum. Someone is also reporting that the Kitelife site has exploit scripts in it. Really hope someone is investigating.

The blog and gallery scripts we were using were apparently hacked, so they are now locked up.

Time, time, time, a precious commodity... Will try to get to this in the next 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunatley, it's true. I caught a Trojan by following a link from Kitelife to the IQuad site to check their schedule. This happend about a month ago. My IT guys couldn't fix it remotely. Had to send it back and get it scrubbed. :kid_cussing: I sent John a message about this when I got it back. He said he locked up the site for now and would get on it asap. Carefull the dark side is all around us.
