Saturday's mega-fly with 9 kites. It got to 12 before we were done. Sunday we had 13 in the air and 3 more on the ground belonging to pilots who just weren't ready to try it. A new record for Swift Current!

I just love these dragon kites by Rolf Zimmermann. This was the first year they made an appearance at Windscape but all too brief when the winds became too powerful too soon in the day.

It was Watty's fault.

Lawn chair flying in 40-50 km/h winds. Good thing the chairs didn't have wheels. A first for me and quite a challenge.
